Every year, St Clair High School runs the Australian Business Week (ABW) program as part of a student leadership, crossroads, and personal development program. This year, 9 groups of year 12 students participated in the program, which simulated establishing and operating a chain of cafés.

Shane Conlon, our Managing Director provided invaluable advice to each of the ABW CEOs (pictured) and their teams. In an interactive Q&A session. Shane covered topics, from how to create and maintain a thriving business, to the importance of teamwork and relationships. Each year he talks to the students at the start of their week, and participates as a judge at the end of the week to assess each team’s final presentation of their business.
