During April, our auditors undertook a Stage 1 audit of our new Information Security Management System (ISMS). The result of that documentation audit was favourable and NTS was recommended to progress to Stage 2 which occurred in September.

The technical audit spanned four days during which we were audited against 85 controls across the 4 main categories of Organisation, People, Physical & Technical. We are happy to report that the audit found zero non-conformances and just one opportunity for improvement!
